Women play a vital role in many of the ranching operations in our community. Both of the vets in our county are women. Some of the best calf wrestlers at branding are girls. When friends get together for dinner, it isn't just the men who talk cattle and ranching. The women can equally participate in conversations about grazing practices, succession, family dynamics, gross margins, economics, etc. And the great thing about this is that women and men are not the same, so they each bring different perspectives to the conversations. What a great place we have come to in time.
